Progressives are doomed. They will never be happy. By definition, they look at things, and always see the bad in them, then try to apply "progressive thinking" onto them. But soon enough, the now-applied progressivism is not enough anymore, and here we go again.....Have a good unhappy life you woke people.

IAALS et. al., Reviewing the various IAALS mission statements and goals: IAALS is changing how our system serves people today, while anticipating and preparing for future needs-delivering justice all of us can believe in. IAALS: We start by listening to the voices of its people and better understanding the problems they face, whether and how they seek to resolve them, and the justice outcomes they do or don’t get. Too many people cannot effectively access our legal system to protect their rights and resolve their disputes. But if we want to make legal services more accessible, we must re-envision how they are delivered. This project is about taking a bold step forward into a consumer-centered regulatory system-one that is competitive, broadly accessible, and better meets the needs of the people. What good is the promise of “justice for all” if costs, complexity, and inaccessibility make it impossible for so many? Our system is designed to serve the people, so IAALS places them at the center of all we do. At IAALS, we’re identifying innovations that make the court system easier to navigate for everyone, while also helping courts increase efficiency, reduce procedural complexity, and make the most of the often limited resources they have. Here is my request: IAALS has some kind of panel discussion or subgroup, working with CBA/ABA/BCBA/JEAB and also with the Colorado House and Senate Judiciary to analyze my pending motion to the SC, on the following specific questions: 1. Should the Colorado Supreme Court assign at least one justice to agree to tell the truth, comply with and support the ABA Model Rules, and comply with and support the Code of Judicial Conduct? 2. Should the Colorado Supreme Court use this case as an opportunity to show a commitment to Access to Justice as defined by CRS 13-5.7-101 and to establish precedent for how the courts should apply CRS 13-5.7-101, and as an opportunty to show a commitment to ABA Model Rules regarding making reasonable efforts to grant pro se litigants right to be fairly heard? 3. Should the Colorado Supreme Court use this case as an example of how the SC monitors, candidly responds, and provides consequence for failures of lower tribunals to administer truth, justice, and the law in a manner that inspires public confidence in the integrity, efficiency, and objectivity of the lower courts? 4. Should the Colorado Supreme Court use this case as an opportunity to test how the courts should support ethics in state government as defined in CRS 24-50-101 and the Department of Personnel, to determine what the legislature would consider a just and reasonable result, and to establish precedent on this untested statute regarding fair and honest employment practices by state university, including the intent of XII Sec. 13(9) of the Colorado constitution regarding protected Classified tenure for retirement age employees?

I heard about DU's spoiled brat temper tantrum over the showing and discussion over the film Art Club. From what I read and the video I saw, DU is developing irrational, spoiled mobs who lack the ability to intellectualize, debate, or listen to the views of others. Their temper tantrum comes across as a group of two-year-olds yelling, stomping, and pounding with a "my way or the highway" agenda. That's not what the US Constitution is all about kiddies. Here's how it works. I'm now against Denver University and the administration who cannot get their students to behave as adults. As a result, I am against funding for DU. I will never attend DU. I will block all advertising from DU. I will never HIRE someone who has attended DU. And I sure as hell will never pay to have someone in my family attend DU. See how it works? Isn't this fun and productive? Keep stomping, pounding, and yelling. What you've succeeded in doing is getting me to dig my heels in further. Way to go, dingbats.

I could only get through the first minute. These “land acknowledgment” statements are insane. What land has not been “stolen” at one time or another from one group of people by another group of people? For better or worse, it’s the way of the world. To the victor go the spoils. Beyond that, what good do these acknowledgments even do? You have someone get up and say “I am bad because I am white. Centuries ago a group of white people stole this land from a group of brown people. No one is going to give the land back to the brown people or anything like that, but I want you to know that I’m very sad about what happened and am super sorry I’m white.”

Let me tell you something, I went here. They dont give you the same amount as you get closer to graduating. They know they have you over a barrell because transferring would delay graduation and be a headache. They get seniors to take out loans, its not transparent at all and nobody realizes until they're a senior.

My alma mater! The marxism taken hold here makes me so sad. They dont seem to realize that equity is unfair distribution of achievement that exacerbates anger and hatred from all group towards other groups. Why try to achieve anything if there's a boulder holder who can erase your efforts? A holder who can declare the ignorant, genius? These efforts are ruining the business of higher education and will harm the University long term. Once universities move away from truth, its only a matter of time before people stop buying lies.
