I am new to your channel and I have watched two videos of yours before this video, one impressive thing that I have realized was how much your way of speaking and your body language has developed during these few years, the certainty in your way of speaking is very sensible, along with facial expressions. as a total stranger who I believe analyzes people and peoples growth, I wanted to say well done, I hope you meet further success on your channel and other areas of your occupancy

If I have pain or tension in my body and if I ask 'how must we touch the pain' (while doing whatever) then body does the activity effortlessly and cheerfully indirectly while making the entire activity about 'touching the pain with care'.

I practice this but my focus can't hold on. So, I have to rest for a bit then read again. the technique is only useful with novels. it also depends on the amount of vocabulary we know and the difficulty of the material being read.

Found this as a helpful summary before deciding if should buy the book. Having said that i find Steve Chandler has some very useful ideas and is also easy to understand but it does help to have idea of the book contents before committing to reading it. this is the first video of yours I have come across…will check out your other content now 😊

Upstate New York here 🚀 I absolutely never wear a shirt while running. I'll wear thin gloves at my lowest limits (~20°F) but if it's much colder than that, I usually don't go out anyway. I don't run as often as I used to and I don't race, but I enjoy the exercise and the challenge ❤ About to hit a 40°F rain run for today so wish me luck!

Once I got use to the nice accent, which only took a few minutes, I was immersed. The content was very good and well delivered. I am an eight point practicing meditator for 8 years. I like your fresh perspective and enthusiasm. You are an inspiration. Thank you.

Who am I.....or a better question....who created me? If you came out of chance over billion of years, you are nothing. But if you were created, well....that changes the whole story.....

The state of not knowing is being born... "birth", after that, you get to know many things. Can not go back. In actuality, when you are " born again" you come back to the state of not knowing and are awakened to a new reality, a spiritual reality. You will judge all things based on this new reality. My friend...... What you are looking for is " being born again" as in the Bible. Look it up. Its the only way to truly KNOW

Since he quioted Jesus, here is another quote. Matthew 5:13-16 “You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled underfoot. You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.”

I’ve heard great things about The Tools - and looked online to find out more. Thank you so very much for explaining the concepts much more fully than I have found on any other videos - looking forward to reading the book - I appreciate your presentation & am so impressed with how well you speak English (better than many Americans in the USA 😆)
