What they never tell you that you is that you need to soak the bolts in penetration oil two days earlier and that you pray to the car gods for no bolt snap offs prior to removing them.

It look like there are only 2 bolts on the new bumper that bolt each side to the frame. Do the original side or end braces get reinstalled or are they eliminated? How strong is the D ring attachment point? Is this bumper rated for a 12,000 pound winch?

I'm looking at the proximity sensors on my 2024 and they look WAAAAY smaller than the holes in the bumper and they look nothing like your sensors. Is there an adapter?

Would be great to see you put the soft top down. It would be nice to see how the soft top rests. Does it rest on top of that shelf? Because if it does, then it truly doesn’t work with a soft top.

I have this bumper delete. So, two things. At first, in the first hour; I was disappointed that some hardware (nuts and bolts) were missing. Then, I became frustrated when I sent an email informing them of the missing pieces. When Fishbone didn't respond, I became a one-time customer. The bumper, oh, I nearly forgot the utter irony in the title of this video. Install a delete. Think it over. Anyway my non-bumper, bumper is okay. Fishbone customer service is complete unmitigated crap.

Would be a 10 out of 10 if it was about 2 inches higher and would hide the pinch welds like the factory slider did, and also provide stock clearance to the ground.

I am concerned that this blocks airflow for the intercooler on Ecoboost trucks. Is this an issue?

The winch plate for this bumper is not compatible with Ecoboosts, but the bumper itself will fit. Out of the box the bumper comes with a removeable accent mesh, which will allow for proper air flow

It would be a little difficult to do on your own, but probably a 1-2 day's project for a shop. You would have to sand blast the powder coating, paint it, and then clear coat it.
