It’s funny because who cares if the pink car is already speeding. Obviously in this example the truck should get to the left lane, so it’s in the wrong. All too often though people ride in the passing lane and don’t get over when someone comes up behind them because “their already speeding”. Just stay in the RIGHT lane unless your PASSING like the law says. Thanks.

Oops found the left lane driver. Guess you never noticed the signs that say slower traffic keep right. Yes this means if you think you are speeding and another car is going faster. That means you are now moving slower and should get over if the lane allows.
