Try different audio files and rescan the Radio

I think the issue is related to the macro button. Uninstalling Icue will also prevent these extra buttons from doing any work

@@TheWheelchairGuy thanks did that. First removed macros ==>> nothing. Then removed ICUI. Now I have some sort default crap setup. I will order some other keyboards and burn all this CORSAIR crap. Socalled quality brand my ass. Just worthless crap is what it is

There might be a problem with the USB port, @dutchy5752. Try using different USB port

@@TheWheelchairGuy thanks. Yes I also tried that. My K63 is cooked I think because 1 LED is dead. I will try to take it apart and see if I find a loose connection. Then I will just use that one. I already uninstalled ICUI so now I use the K65 in default mode (which is red light and some keys give a white light). It is usable. But I think that one should still work but for some reason some arrays of keys have a dysfunctional blue color of the RGB. Like I said I tried the reset using the ESC key and also a forced upgrade of the firmware (via ICUI) but that did not work. I am going to another brand. I started buying Corsair since I thought that was the best brand. 2 mice were gone in no time and now 2 keyboards at the same time. Also I do not like the software. It is overly complicated. I already bought some Razer mice and I think I will just move to Razer

@@TheWheelchairGuy my guess it is due to cleaning. I took of all the keys and cleaned them quite thoroughly. But that was like 2 months ago and both were working after that. But maybe some water came inside the electronics and started the process of corrosion that damaged them both. Possibly the water corroded parts of the electronics and the damage only appears after 2 months. They say you can spill coffee over you keyboard but I would not recommend it. Also the cleaning needs to be done very careful. I was probably not careful enough last time. Because it is a lot of work last time I used a brush. Tiny amounts of soapy water but I guess that did the damage. Need to make sure no water can get under the key sockets. Possibly arrays of keys are connected to some wiring and if that wiring fails the whole string of keys are dysfunctional.

When you capture a game, it automatically hides your cursor. You can add a new game window and then check the box which says capture the cursor.
