Hello, This rig featured 2000psi hose, this customer will only be spraying foam, so no need for the extra pressure. However, we can install 3500psi hose if required!

I know of a few people that had this spray foam done on their ceiling of their shipping container and it is now falling down. They made sure it was clean and washed it with TSP and to no avail, the ceiling fell. Its a 1 in 3 that this happens apparently. There has to be a better way than this and more cost effective considering the incongruency of the application and final result

Adhesion is key and must be achieved through surface prep (which sounds like was completed with TSP). Other factors such as spray foam material, substrate profile and mechanical surface preparation, spray application (how thick the initial and following passes are) and substrate temperatures all play into adhesion. The substrate can be perfectly clean and free of debris, but if any of these other contributors are not met, then the spray foam could be subject to failure. If applied correctly the foam will perform for lifetime of the container. Hope this helps.

every cert course I've been thru has stated minimum 5gram sample NO more then 10.5 also.

According to CAN/ULC S705.2 section 6.3.1.4 they require a minimum of 5.5 grams but do not specify a maximum. You would be limited by the size of graduated cylinder so less than 10 grams would make sense but is not specified in the standard.

You don't need to fill the studs with closed cell you only need 2-3 inches, and what a mess to clean up.

Tell that to building inspectors who require specific R values in renovation projects. For example, we require R24 in all above grade exterior wall assemblies. Many of the older homes here are framed with rough 2x4 studs, typically 3 3/4" deep. So yes, often we do have to fill the stud cavities to meet building code. I have a CI cutter, we love it.

If it did bond, the machine's vibration took care of that. You don't need to fill the entire wall cavity with closed cell dude that's craziness and makes way more work for yourself
