The "back-ground" jazz-music is highly irritating, makes the video unwatchable, skip it next time please!

What enables the attachment of antigen to the walls of well

Hi Jagjyot. There are several different methods depending on the composition of the plate. Typically, our plates are polystyrene and we exploit hydrophobic interactions to bind antigens to the plastic surface.

Nice video. What are the composition of each buffer and the volume of antibody and cell lysate added?

First, the music is very distracting and loud AF. Second, i hope you made an animated video of what is going on there and how do we get info from each step with narrated explanation. Personally, i get nothing from this video instead of just and earful of noise.. Sorry to say..

That music made WB looks way more cooler than it actually is!

If I had the money, I would buy this set right away, it's phantastic, all the centrifuge noise is gone and you see what happens. If you add a fluorophore to the antigen, you should be able to see even its capture under a fluorescence lamp. Great.

Quite useful strategies for studying protein protein interactions, I've learned a lot. By the way, people who need to know more information about protein-protein interaction study techniques and computation, this site may be of help: goo.gl/Dqfm8m
