Yes that’s definitely a very peaceful place. It is in Messilä, Southern Finland.

I miss the solace of cold winter days. Have lived in Alaska, and North Dakota. Drove the Al-Can Highway in January 1982, from New Mexico to Tok, Alaska, then on to Anchorage. Now I am a disabled veteran stuck in Lower Fourty-Eight. I appreciate your work. Your videos touch my inner spirit. Keep up the good work.

I really like your videos! Would you consider yourself more of a birder or a photographer? How did you like your a7 II? I see you have now upgraded to a7 IV. I'm wondering if I should grab a used a7 II to get started on bird photography myself.

Thanks ! 🙂 I can say that I am just an amateur photographer more than birder. And yes I used A7II for 2 years as my first camera. And If you gonna start on photography, definitely just buy a used A7II or A7III with a telephoto lens.
