Hi, We don't just wash and hoover them unless it needs a quick improvement before a viewing. They all get a full valet before they get 30+ pics on my website or before they go to their new home if they sell beforehand. My valeter, Shaun is one of the best in the business, he's been with me now for 15 years. He always gets complimented from our customers regarding his work.

As a general rule you're right, however preparation costs and reliability issues mean it's harder to maintain your reputation whilst also making a profit.
