Hello, your videos was amazing. This will be my first time cruising and will be solo. I have the opportunity to sail on either Celebrity Apex or Ascend during Christmas 2024. Can you give me some feedback on if this is something you see during your travels with your family. Thank you.

We haven't sailed on Apex, but the Ascent was amazing! If you are going solo, there are a lot of chances to meet other solo sailors too! They have meet and greets the first day or two! We also like to join facebook groups related to both the ship and specific date of our sailing, helps to get you introduced to some of the others going at the same time as you!

Hello, my senior citizen group is taking the Blue Ridge train ride in October. I am looking forward to the trip and train ride. When I go on trips I always buy t-shirts as sovereigns. This was a nicely done video.

We did not eat at Eden, but we did have a few drinks at the bar, they were good but pretty expensive, even on the drink package! We hope to try Eden for lunch or dinner the next time we are on an Edge class ship!

When you get off the cruise it seems like you don't have to stamp your passport? Please tell me what that process is like.

Nope, they do not stamp your passport for cruise ports! Cruises are kind of a unique circumstance for customs and passport control since they are considered a "close loop" you are not expected to stay in the country for more than the ship is ported there, so you usually just need your seapass card from the cruise line to get on and off the ship in ports! I always carry my passport with me just incase of an emergency since you are in a foreign country, but no one looks at or stamps it! It's a little bit of a bummer since stamps are nice travel souvenirs but it does make the process easier!

Enjoyed the tour. Perhaps educational format doesn't suit evryone, but I love learning new stuff, or seeing things from another perspective. I haven't been to Memphis since 1958. It has changed. I had thought that the Pyramid was once an aquarium. I guess I was mistaken.

We didn't get much time to see anything else in Memphis so it could definitely be worth another trip! They do have an aquarium in the store now, but it's not as big as a full aquarium, but still very cool!

I have a great story. I was changing a light on a monopole cell phone tower off of Rt 5 south of AFB. It was the day before the airshow and the blue angels were practicing. 200’ in the air and I had a personal show. Fantastic. Edit: At the time I was doing that work, I was also an Army Aviator in the Md National Guard. So, I’d been around a lot of cool military planes and weapons, but that was a highlight in my long list of stories I tell. Thanks for the platform to share.

That's amazing!! On the base in Pensacola they have a lighthouse and you can climb it to see practice, that's been on our bucket list for a while, hope to one day get a view as close as you had!!

We went in mid September! So hopefully you will experience similar weather! We only saw rain on occasion but if you are prepaid, it shouldn't affect your plans too much!
