i plan to use this recipe , the thinner one, as pasta...can 4 tsp of psyllium husk replace the 2 tsp of xanthan gum without sacrificing on texture?

@@CookwithMel1 all night. It’s the next day and it’s still sticky and soft. I put it in the freezer, but soon as I take it out and touch it it starts to melt immediately. Could it be the kind of xylitol I’m using? It’s a birch xylitol. 😩

There are black stuff (fungus) on the sides of the bottle and some black stuff in the starter dough. Is it normal to have fungus growth n is it safe to proceed? T Q

No...you should never consume fungus. Please take out all the black stuff then feed your starter. Once bubbly it's good to go.

You could add a little sweetener or use only egg whites. I find its the yolk that causes that in keto bread 😊
