@lovelycandy8239 that would be amazing! I don't have a lot of the Cup packs from 2016-2018, and 2010-2013 for trucks and Xfinity. Other than that I've got everything else aside from some unique schemes here and there

What kinds of settings did you use on controller?

@Fandom_Junkie Here's what I had looking at the Controls menu: Controller options: Direct Input Driver Advanced options: Input Momentum - I kept Steering, Throttle, and Brake at 0%. Steering Assistance at 0% Steering Linearity at 33% Had Boost Steering at Low Speeds checked: ON Use any keys for Driving Input: OFF Gearbox: Sequential Hope this helps!!

in 2008 you should run an ARCA Race, that should be fun if you know what ARCA was like in 2008. (Rockingham race with 50 cars and Logano winning in his first ARCA Start)

@GG8820YT I'll have to get the ARCA mod downloaded and find the right carset, but I'd run in a 50 car race!! Maybe I'll try to create a custom scheme for the race.

When saving fuel on NR use the clutch, you can save a ton of fuel over time if you coast in the corner while on the clutch, you have to lift really early though.

Hey new here! There is a mod for overtime in nascar, better cautions. There’s a couple other cool things that come with it. Also there’s a couple videos on how to improve the graphics, idk if it’s a computer thing but if you’re interested I’ll send a link! Awesome vids new subscriber!

Welcome! 👋 @Blue-rh4eo I definitely would like to check out the Better Cautions mod!! I swear a quarter of my season ended under caution. I followed the tutorial that @TheBenCrazy made for the graphics improvements, but I seem to notice a pattern when I try to use certain modded tracks. It's like my PC gives me a good looking track or good looking race cars, can't handle both lol. Definitely open to checking out any other tutorials though!!! I appreciate the info & thank you for watching!

The points manager I use is through the nr2k3 website and it doesn't exactly have a download. nr2k3.weebly.com/scoring.html This is what I use for the points and the creators of this webpage have a tutorial on how to export the files from nr2003 to get the standings.

Since Dale Earnhardt Sr is still racing full time in the Cup Series in this NR2003 career mode in the 2007 season, Dale Jr should stay with DEI and Hendrick keep the 25 for 2008. You should stay in the 10 car for 2008 and then move to another team for 2009.

I will be staying in the 10 car at least for next year, I made a couple of different "career paths" I could choose as far as which seats to fill. Once they merge with RPM I'll have to decide where to go from there after next season. Kinda threw Dale Sr. in as a part-time driver for DEI at least during the COT races this season and then theoretically retire, but not a bad idea. Would clear up any gaps I created in the story arch of DEI, one final run for an 8th championship before retirement. Dale Jr. goes to the 88 and Earnhardt merges with Ganassi in 2009 for this NR series?

After Dale Jr joined Hendrick Motorsports in real life, Budweiser also left the 8 and then U.S Army started sponsoring the 8 for it's part time starts with Mark Martin and Aric Almorila so what if Dale Jr stayed at DEI for one more year in the 8 with U.S Army sponsorship but hey, it's your NR2003 career mode, you do you.

For the 2009 season I was thinking about sticking with the RPM/Evernham merge and driving for RPM in the 43 or 44 car for a couple of seasons, or drive the 8 car in replacement of Almirola and Martin splitting it for the season. I appreciate the feedback and idea!! I hadn't thought much about that storyline for next season, but having The Intimidator back full-time would be fun. Maybe make him more competitive because aside from this race he's been pretty silent this season lol.

The KB and Stenhouse fight was the most entertaining part of the race, wish the cars raced better on short tracks, but Kyle dumping him on lap 2 after getting squeezed was a little uncalled for. Also wish all tracks were closed off the infield lol 😂

There are free downloads available online, but if you're looking for a hard copy then eBay would be your best option. @TheBenCrazy has a great tutorial and a link to download the base game of nr2003. Where I got it is no longer available, but this is a great place to get it too!

It definitely is!! Depending on what mod I use on certain modded tracks the quality of gameplay varies from poor quality to excellent. Not sure if it's just a compatibility issue with the car mod and track mod with certain combinations or just my graphics card.

Hey man if you want to get a steering wheel I recommend a either a Logitech g920 or a thrustmaster t248 because I have both except one tore apart the Logitech and put a corvette wheel on it

Indeed there have been flips before at Sonoma, and in the 90's they were fairly common Mark Martin, Ward Burton, Steve Park, John Krebs, and Ken Schrader just to name some of the folks that took a tumble in Wine Country.
