I have a question wrt the mahr. So say the wali decides the mahr and the bride agrees is that valid then the agreement is to be paid over a number of years at the beginning of year hows the couple divorces within 1 year and the mahr hasnt been paid out, then the bride agreed verbally as well as text that she doesnt want thw mahr anymore is the mahr still due to her if she has refused the mahr in the marriage aswell as during the iddah please explain jzk ghayran
