*I am 16 y/o girl studying in class 11th, can i try astral projection if i commit to leave non veg? When I am in meditation for more than 1 hour suddenly I saw dream that my mind is in conscious mode but I saw my body in bed and I shocked. I think I m die but no after 2 unsuccessful attempt to come back in body. When i started remind god then suddenly my soul come back in body. At that time my body is weak unable get up from bed and after successfully get up my headache start and also little bit amount of vertigo
