Had so much fun this Goosemas & love Hampton…happy memories. Was a great cover & everyone was loving… though many thought it was a U2 cover

Goose is notorious for sliding in an unexpected cover. This past week in Atlanta they opened night two with Killing Moon. Then later in the set Rock The Casbah.

Would love to have been able to hear Clarence, Billy and Cris do a bluegrass set. No offense to Cory this was awesome.

Just saw them at The Stone Pony in Asbury Park with Andy Frasco and Dogs in A Pile. Quite possibly, the greatest live performance I've ever scene. They didn't play Rocket Man but, they did cover Born To Run and Run Like Hell to which they blew the minds of everyone in attendance. It may never be topped. Best show ever.

Lighten up people. None of us can come close to playing like that. They can play that any way. You have to cut up now and then.

Would be fun if there was a jam sometime with these two plus Bela, Noam, Michael Cleveland, Brian Sutton, Jerry Douglas and Mark shatz. Straight Bluegrass. Would be amazing.

It’s like playing with Bach. Thile is so on another planet technically and as an all around musician. Looking at anybody that plays with him some of the looks on their faces are like amazement, trying to keep up and is this some sort of dream. It’s frightening how good he is and such a nice unpretentious person. A joy to watch. If you ever get a chance to see him live you’ll never forget it.
