I'm having some trouble convincing myself to continue with Aikido. If much prefer delving into a Chinese martial art such as Baji-Quan, but there are no such opportunities here in Copenhagen... there is a really good Aikido school, though, so I hope to gain confidence with time and hopefully be more willing to continue it after my first month of practice. That being said, I'll still self-study Baji-Quan on the side ;)

@spiky hemorrhoids I stopped practicing Aikido after earning 5th Kyu. I never managed to find any good Chinese martial arts schools here. I’m doing very well otherwise, though. Doing my Master’s Thesis in synthetic biology, still have my part-time job, and am in a 2 year long-distance relationship. I do really like Aikido, and I do really like Baji Quan. How about you?
