I graduated with a degree in video production. I was trained classically, no gimbals, no run and gun. My job prospects have been really really dismal the last few years. It's good to come back and refresh myself on this stuff when I can despite not getting hands on experience.

i have had a Sony Camcorder for more than a decade and it is solely the reason why I have great childhood photos and videos. Unfortunately, its screen broke when i had moved to another place. It had obviously started to show its age in image quality but due to pure optics it would still produce good videos compared to my phones a few years back. I am very familiar with the cameras now and I have shot some incredible photos and videos on my Rs.22k ($270) Poco F4 using pro camera apps, the default one is garbage. I was thinking of buying the DJI Pocket 3 for its size and image quality but its zoom range is the only thing holding me back.

Hey bud, wanted to ask you if you can power the camera through neewer V mount battery when the camera is turned on. When I turned on the battery and connect it with camera when its off, it draws power for a bit but then shut off in about a minute. Also, everytime you turn the camera on, I have to always take the usb-c out and reconnect it to have camera start drawing the power. Am I doing something wrong here?
