Cass Elliott and Karen Carpenter had the best singing voices!! Both died way too young sadly.

You were awesome ma ma Cass, love ya . . .

Cass had a fantastic voice, but this is a disaster - she is really only going through the motions and does this song a great disservice compared to Gilbert O'Sullivan's heart wrenching original version.

❤😢 Beautiful version of this song. Remember when this song came out. It has only taken me 50 years to finally understand it. Nice touch with the rain.... Along again in coastal Mississippi 🧔🐻

It's amazing to hear ma ma cass sing Alone Again, by Gilbert O Sullivan, I assumed Cass had passed before this song was written. V good version. I would love to have met Cass, one of the very best singers from the wonderful 1960's. She was pretty as well. Wot a loss.

Ma ma Cass had a massive voice, everytime I hear Cass sing I get shivers down my whole body; no one, repeat no one else ever had that effect on me ever before. Ma ma Cass has no equal, she's up there with the stars shining for evermore. She has the wow factor and I mean that most sincerely ❤

It's super eerie to me how watching her speak it doesn't feel like 50 years ago at all. I think her intelligence and her identity as an outsider made her transcend the way the average celebrity would present themselves at the time, she comes through sounding just like someone from 2024 would, except maybe a slight influence from the transatlantic accent!

Another beautiful lady with a beautiful voice gone too soon. I believe she was the same age as Karen Carpenter when she died. May they both be singing in heaven with the angels. I truly miss them both.

Old widow feeling sorry for myself. About to begin my pity party when it struck me that this is Mama Cass’s heartbreak not mine. i am missing my happy life meanwhile her entire life was tragic. Weird, don’t want to cry anymore. Now i can’t stop admiring her bravery & strength & unconditional love & God given talent that she shared with the world. i hope she’s finally at peace.🕊️ i pray we all are someday. 🤟🏼💕
