@@mustang9549 right! It was an auction vehicle. I tore it apart, only to have to put it back together to go back to auction! Would have loved to have fixed it and shared it. The vehicle overall was a pile of junk!! Too many issues and that was the icing in the cake🥵

Of course! Smoke test the engine and found intake leak, PCV valves

In the mean time, a windshield sun shade will have to do. Thanks, this helped identify the issue. 12 year old Mini, not a fuss since its been always parked in direct sun light all these years. Changing parking spots and direction would be ideal.

@@santana095 you gotta look at the fault codes! Many times it’s a bad ECU but you gotta diagnose it

There is a service campaign 477 "engine oil label check" the correct oil is 10w60. There was an error from the factory. The label you show is for a v8. The v6 takes 10w60. Not sure why, but that's the correct weight.

@@mauromaceda6510 hey there! You can get negative anywhere on the car that goes to ground! There’s several ground points on the vehicle and near the CAN strip. Best advice, run your negative lead to the ground side of the battery

Lmao 🤣 i just did the starter today, i didnt have to remove any subframe bolts, didnt have to lift the engine, didnt have to take off that steering rod nothing. Just removed the bolts and turned it the frame under the starter is shaped just like the starter if you have it turned a certain way and it just slips out 😂

@@sugeanmarcus5859 the gear selector handle was bent. It needed to be straightened. I suspect when he rear ended another car, he got pissed and slammed it into park or hit it with his wrist

@@eurowerx4267exact problem I have but not sure if I need to open the shift gear and straighten something or have to have the ignition taken apart and straighten that plastic part you moved around on the ignition. I’m going to try to push the shift gear forward and see if it will release.

You know that I sold a s500 to ibe of my custiners, and the suspension was perfect, now 3 months later, he coneback with the car all the way down, and was searching all over and checking everything, days?and days pass and can not find anything wrong, till I see your video! Same missing fuse #9! My customer knows nothing about cars so thos have to be done by someone that knows what they are doing! So mysterious! Put a fuse there and everything works! Bonus comment, abs light was also on and now is off!

So no lie, mine did the same thing. I found the plastic piece is a part of the front grill that the tab/clip is broken and it has blown forward. You have to just put the plastic piece back in place to the left. Didn't take much to put a hole in mine too. I'm watching your video Brevard the mechanics want to overcharge on everything. Such a racket...
