I’m only wondering because I’m doing a 311 tribute show this summer as the singer. I’ve done the song before but kinda just freestyled during that part. It sounds like he’s saying I’m Rising, surprising. Dealing and wheeling maybe. I’ve searched online and nothing has the lyrics other than this is the heat to flush your face.
