Pretty great list I agree with everything but the Browns and Ravens love. AFC North teams always love to go on a run, then fall off a cliff. Bengals play a lot of terrible offenses this year and will win the division and I don't see Lamar winning on the road three times. Also Packers beat the Chiefs the worst last year, their offensive line is legit which is scary.

Maybe the Niners should be up there, And I guess the chiefs are never out of it with Mahomes. I wouldn’t really say the Browns are way too high considering they’ve changed their team in a good way this year, and unless injuries pile up they should play pretty much the same. Eagles had a great offseason so idk how you could say their not contenders Maybe dolphins are high too If the Steelers land Aiyuk I’d bump them up a tier, but as of now there fine where they are

@falseandfactssports barely missed playoffs last year, we had no defense, that was pete Carroll's fault. We just brought in one of the best young defensive minds as a new head coach. You can't tell me we're gonna do worse than 9-8 this year. Also we have one of the most stacked offenses that should be better with an improved oline, we go dk, jsn, lockett, k9, noah fant, and geno is good enough to operate this offense with an average oline. There's my case

Heh. The Brows selected Baker Mayfield. Lamar ends up going to the Ravens, possibly the Only Team who would have treated him this badly. It's almost as if they resent him being élite & I would argue that keeping Greg Roman there undermining their Own Offense in order to try & make Lamar look unnecessary as well as overrated was intentional. When you factor that together with how the Browns then pursued Watson, imagine how much trouble Stefanski's Browns would have been if they had Lamar & never chased Watson? The other one was the Jets & Bears each selecting each other's busts. _Apparent_ busts. There are a couple of analysts who have figured out parts of this but some QBs _love_ play-calling & decision-making (Peyton Manning) & others crumble under this pressure (Goff, Cousins). Fields actually reads defenses at an Elevated Level, Wilson fell to pieces when asked to look at one. The Bears' offense starting in '22 (don't count '21, both rosters were so weak that both QBs likely would have put up identical #s) was "hand of the ball X3 then toss a slant or screen. Repeat." Fields was bored to tears. Wilson once he got an offense was overwhelmed. This is a perfect example of how stats don't tell the whole story. Wilson wasn't mentally ready yet. Fields had terrible luck as shown by this reel of his '21 INTs kzfaq.info/get/bejne/ndKglNySld7eXWg.html. People falling down, & if you read the comments, running the wrong routes. But his #1 WR was Darnell Mooney who swats away no less than 3 passes as if he thought they were gonna bite him. If _he_ had Garrett Wilson & the Jets, his throws that hit his receivers in the hands would be praised. He & Lamar are the two biggest examples of their teams not wanting them I can think of at present. But this preference for taking control or fearing it is also why Sean McVay traded Goff for Stafford. He was getting nowhere trying to give Goff more responsibility. One conversation with Stafford & he realized that he had that one thing lacking in Goff, that he *liked* being able to read defenses & adjust to them. Lucky thing for Goff that the Lions coaches love exerting macro-levels of control in their schemes. He'd have floundered on the Jets too.

It's funny I watched your Broncos video first & made comments about how our Preconceived Notions color our view because WOW do you let that happen. This isn't My Preference talking. When you have Skip Bayless arguing with others with opposing POVs that tempers things. When you by yourself do this, the charm wears off before the video ends & if you want to actually make this a thing you are gettin' in your own way with this. The Broncos won 9 games & look better this year? Great. & how many times this year will this year's Broncos be playing against last year's? None? So why even mention it? Not One Word of how their upgrades compare to those of the teams they're playing? That is Worthless Empty Filler Right There & once you're established, maybe you can get away with that. & yes, Pederson is way better than Rivera. It didn't show because he wasn't calling the offense last season. Compare it to '22 when he was. He _claims_ he wasn't, but anyone can see the differences. Play-calling is one of those things that understanding even a little of opens people's eyes, but no one seems to _want_ to care about. Andy Reid called plays that By Themselves won the last 2 S-Bs & _no one_ cares?

Jones fumbled on 6 threw a pick 6 & threw a pick imside our 20 and there was a blocked FG TD. You forgot to mention that bad offense leads to misleading defensive stats. Of course they gave up more yards if the offense is so bad they can’t maintain a drive. The defense also gets tired when they’re constantly on the field. There’s context to these stats. This is not a great take you had on this one

This also applies to individual stats though too. Sacks, ints, tfls and pressures are inflated. A decent player on a mediocre team cab put up huge numbers due to usage and play time

@@falseandfactssports Too restrictive a list with too broad a range of what fits. In baseball an infielder comes up to bat just like an outfielder. But in the NFL Tristan Whirfs is gonna get totally underrated in a category like "offense." It's the off-season. Do positions or at least groups that make sense like _linesmen" if you have the time. People seemed to like this.
