@@Nainocard it doesn’t come from east London, eski beat comes from tower hamlets and east London. Grime is a collective of all the electric styles of the early 2000s coming together as one. Grime is an umbrella music genre.

@@gloverdragon6854 Dark Garage has four sub-genres; Sublow, Eski-Beat, 8-Bar and Breakstep. They all came before Grime and Dubstep were created. The Instrumentals may have come from West London (Black Ops), Reading (DJ Narrows) or T'N'T (North London). However, the emceeing style, deejaying techniques and Street Fashion all comes from East London. How else was Pay As U Go able to take over and other East London Crews followed?

West and north west were the sides that really never got a look in during the grime era. The other ends didn’t really care about what they were on. Didn’t help much that some of their more notable mcs came over to east, basically sending out a statement that west and nw wasn’t on anything to look out for.

@@gloverdragon6854 Only a few West London MC's were upto par, but North West MC's had more going on. Manga, Swarzo, Flirta D, Skrapster and I could go on. West London only had Marciephonix, Hypa Fenn and Purple.

@@Nainocard you’re forgetting Bashy. Bashy was from west and was the best mc out of the west and north west London area. Nasty jack was also west, Rugrat, dizzman and the Mozart musical mob were west as well.

@@gloverdragon6854 Bashy is from North West mate. My cousin lives near his family home and saw him regularly. One of NJ Fever's aka Nasty Jack's family lives in Bush, but he's mainly from Hackney, I knew his younger sister. Musical Mob were more of a great musical collective, rather than big MC's on the scene. All I know is, Dynasty Crew and Purple, made more of an impact as emcees.

Nasty jack is a west man, he’s pitted as a west mc, he used to be all over the west London pirate stations and used to clash west mcs. Musical mob were a grime crew from Mozart, they weren’t big in the scene but they were representatives of west London grime. They jumped on a couple serious sets where they were brought in by nw’s slk. Purple simba, was a west mc from Acton, yes and dynasty crew are west, yeah.
