This was my first bosu workout :) I enjoyed the instructor's energy. I would have liked a little bit more description of the moves before getting into it, but I had a great workout and a lot of fun :) thank you!

Really like the lunge to single leg lift. The bosu gives great cushioning for that knee.

Is the bosu ball safer than a gym ball. As in does it have less chance to burst

This was great! Balance is my weakness but I believe that I can improve, in spite of my age, and I saw a big difference from the beginning to the end. I also twisted my ankle, and I never even went to the hospital. I’m sure that hasn’t helped. Thank you ❤

If you want to gain more "balance" then sure. But you shaking there trying to steady yourself isn't going to build any more muscle then just DOING the exercise without this thing.
