Born and Raised on Saipan CNMI and still currently living here, i will say saipan is such a beutiful island and wonderful people here and it makes me smile to see our home being put out here because we aren’t really recognized from the outside world 🤙🌴❤️😭

That "feel" is what I believe keeps every golfer coming back. I enjoyed hearing everyone in the video saying the same thing. Even as an amateur golfer, you know when you've hit it right.

В Русия вече почнаха да изкарват техниката от втората св. война от музеите, че друго не остана за "настъплението" в Украина, а там вече се накамариха толкова много руски трупове, че глутниците бездомни кучета и дивите хищници преядоха. to add a relaxing moment do as I say for two minuets. breathing in slowly trough you nose. hold it for ten seconds. breath out trough your mouth slowly. clear your mind of all thoughts. think of a word the describes you in a good way. blow a bubble in your mind. put the word in the bubble. let the bubble float away but not to far as your mind is clear and the bubble slowly floats. think of the word relaxed spelling it with me in your mind. R.E.L.A.X. as you continue breathing trough your nose out your mouth slowly put the word into a bubble. you know have two bubbles floating freely in your mind. bring the bubbles back now. listen to the music as the relaxed bubble pops. now you are feeling relaxed as the spray of the bubble washes over you. now come back to the room and look around. your calm and relaxed repeat this three times in your head. you can know use those two words to calm you in any situation. thank you for reading this and have a nice day/ night. follow me for more self relaxing vidios.
