well sir. I got blown up 3 times in a few mins. I couldn't hear shit, my brain was beyond rattled, I was very dazed and confused. Sorry I didn't understand what was going on atm and what my officer was commanding. I was unable at that time.. But go ahead, execute me for being a coward over it. I'm 100% sure you'd be able bodied after such things happening to you.

The generals and officers died with their men in most cases. The account here of officers being pure a-holes sending others to die, not comming allong for the ride is unfortunately historically innacurate in most cases

That’s pretty crazy we treat people like this when they just got blown up and survived twice. I’m pretty sure that would be so confusing you can’t hear or tell anyone what is happening because you’re so blasted in a bad way people think you’re playing around. Anxiety depression is weird thing to communicate imagine surviving two bomb blasts and they’re mad because you’re confused. What is wrong with us. I know war is war it’s not pretty but the taking lives of your own people that’s a dark place in our recent history it happens all the time. In conclusion WW1 wasn’t that long ago.

Major cringe. This is a very comical anti British propaganda film. The queer soldiers and all the generals being homicidal maniacs. Oof… who wrote this, Disney Twitter writers?

My grandfather William was born in 1887. Italian front, Alpini Fiamme Verdi. He runned on many battlefields from Isonzo to Piave. Caporetto, Vidor, Solstizio.... He was a survivor. At the end of his life with my father, his son, beside, he spoke. Rip.

They were all heroes in my opinion . None of us today can imagine the conditions let alone the fighting . I will remember my two great uncles both conscientious objectors but went as medics , both killed . Great short film 10/10.
