I lost count of the number of times the parts were thrown on the ground and picked up again. All this material handling is pure waste without adding value to the product. I'm sure engineering colleges around the world play Pakistani manufacturing videos as examples of how not to make things.

Concrete explodes if it comes in contact with molten metal. Thats hard packed dirt. Foundry floors should, as in this case, always be packed dirt.
