Not sure where this is at she's referring to? Worked on houses here in PA not an urban area either, these houses were 750k plus easily for just 350sq ft without any nice big shop or pole barn in addition to the house! Show me a $750k barndo and it would look like a palace, nevermind the awesome shop! Id think that you could easily go 150 to 200 per sq ft!

Better Donot Do Gable Trim, I Bend Same Sheet . My Method Is Better Than This One. You Have To Cut To Look Same Shape As This Edge. Amén.

so - is there a detail for lower corner? water runs down into head trim then down jamb and how is it diverted to exterior face of panel - ie - how does it not enter space behind panel?

Music loud , unecessary and distracting. Imagine going to a job interview with rock music blaring on the radio! The biggest problem with KZfaq videos and the viewer is not given the option of listening to what is being said and turning off the music. Who knows; maybe someday!

Think about the cars you have owned and which colors show dirt more than others. Generally, dark colors show dirt worse than light colors. Hope this helps. I have installers I can recommend if you need that.

Holds level and declares wall level in the vertical plane, I prefer my wall to be plumbed.. I’d guess if you asked about the gauge of the product you’d get a tutorial on his ear lobes , if you asked about color and pattern options you’d hear all about tattoos.. 💯👉🏼🤡

Why is eave flashing on top of roof paper instead of under. Also if foam closure strip is sealed with butyl tape how would any water getting under roof get out?

I understand what you are saying, but there are also so many headaches and no warranty when using Bonderized. If you want the look of Bonderized, but without the problems, we now have a painted product that's a spot on match. It has PVDF paint finish and has a paint warranty. Curious about why you need a heavier gauge metal for the Kynar / PVDF?

You don't need a heavier gauge. What happens is that when you decide to go with a PVDF it means you are choosing the highest quality and often standing seam. A more expensive product. It would not make sense to spend all this money on both the best paint and the most expensive panel and than lessen the gauge. Also more chance of oil canning with 26 gauge standing seam. The assumption is if you want PVDF you most likely want a heavier gauge. As a mfg. we can only inventory so many items. Nobody that I know of inventories 26 gauge PVDF as there is almost no demand for it. Hope that helps.

$70 sq foot is the shell cost not the turn key cost, it's easy for non builders to hear that and then pass on the details incorrectly. I don't think any builder is saying that to any customer.

Keep In Mind! After Talking To A Professional Roofer! The Term Lifetime & Never Roof Again Is Crap! Lifetime Is For In-Factory Defects Only! So If You Leave The Product In The Factory It's Covered But Once Installed They Have A Reason It Failed Other Than The Product Itself, Like Your Attic Is To Hot, The Sun Damaged The Finish Or The Installer Did It Wrong, On And On Like Bumper To Bumper 100% Warrantees That Cover Only Parts Covered Unless a Non-Warrantee Part Caused Damage to Your Warrantied Parts Thou All The Parts Are Between The Front And Rear Bumper!
