I tried it, and I could only try three... the inside texture is not jelly. It's mucus, or rather, I compare it to the texture of scented orbies. (If you've ever smashed one, you understand.)

i also tried those in Miami i was so ready for it but gosh the texture it feels like u let a sugarcube in water for days then let it dry under sun , it feels like eating glass dust and the chemical taste hits you , really really bad idea to buy those ❤ im french tho so i know a lit about taste not to be proud or ❤

These are Vietnamese candies made with Agar Agar, which is vegan substitute with a jello like texture but stiffer. It’s not for everyone if your not a fan of firm jello texture. But if you love a firm jelly and light fruit flavour you will like these. I do enjoy these a lot cause of the textures❤❤❤

I ordered the Lychee flavor. The flavor is good but the “jelly” texture on the inside is horrible. It’s not even like jelly lol. It’s crumbly and strange. If you were to crush one of those small rubber bouncy balls from the quarter machine, that’s how the jelly texture is. 😂

This was helpful to learn more about what these candies are like because I’m interested in getting some. But good lord this and the comments just scream white people discovering textures they’re not used to and immediately labeling them as GROSS‼️EW‼️BAD BUY👎 She literally says they’re delicious too and the comments keep saying that stuff These candies are originally Japanese, called Kohakutou candies. They’re usually made to have subtle flavors and be given as gifts if bought since they’re inherently artisanal. If not bought they’re homemade but much simpler. Idk these rocks look, sound and seem to taste great as a treat, see y’all later 😝

Every video I’ve seen of these candies and everything on the website clearly states the exact kind of texture you’d hate lmao Or I guess if it’s for entertainment purposes I sort of get it..? They made a big mistake designing this new easy.BigOven must have been designed by some man.The old version from back in the 80s was much better.I wish they would go back to that.I would buy that in a heartbeat.

Its vegan and made with agave instead of classic gelatin. Classic gelatin is made from animal fat. I havent tried any crystal candy yet but based on the price, time it takes to get them and reviews im not sure if i want waste my money. Im vegan so i was really excited about it but idk

I’ve had other vegan gelatin before and it was still not the same texture??? It was the weirdest thing!! It’s very expensive but also very pretty and I feel like maybe if they do a sale or something, I would go for it just to try it!! But it’s so expensive!!!
