I've been teaching secondary maths in Thailand for seven years. My degree is in engineering, but I do not have a teaching certificate or a Bachelor of Education. Is a teaching degree required for employment in New Zealand, or may I apply and get hired there without it? If I register as a teacher and put my degree and other credentials through NZQA evaluation,

That one is called the high potential visa If you hold certificate from singapore, china, south Africa and some other countries then you can apply for that one too.. Gov.uk publish the schools and the countries every year

@@MANNU_BRAR Most of the process is free.. Assessment is free and then you’ve to bear the cost of the rest of the process until you get into NZ then you can apply for the government grant which is up to $10,000 to cater for the cost you incurred
