You’re right on the money Nam breaks faster. I think it’s the break from her core attack that puts her over the top. But Seo will output the most damage until Alicia enters the fray.

Yes. They give better gear. If you are able to do tier 10 you should have moved on to doing Cerberus and spider some time ago. Rn u can only get gold lvl 35 gear as ur highest drop. Blue lvl 45 gear gives u way higher main stats. U should be transitioning to lvl 45 gear so that u can get strong enough to farm lvl 50 and 55 gear.
