Looks good but the least of ingredient you put in there was the conch most was all vegetables , so it’s a vegetable chowder , don’t get me wrong it look fantastic I would eat 3 bowls , just saying

Peanut butter sounds interesting. I've made hummus with and without Tahini and actually like it best without. I'll have to try peanut butter next time to compare.

Exactly, I'm not the biggest fan of Tahini. That's why I think the PB is a great replacement. It makes it creamy and rich. Let me know how you like it.

how high do u put the heat on the stove as u steam these plz?

Great question. You don't need that much heat just enough to make the water simmer. Usually medium low is good for a gas range.

Peanut Oil fries these well. ...and I like these with flour only, no breadcrumbs. Artichoke Hearts the same too, oh ya got to try this.

My wood heat stove operates near every hour of every day whence winter comes. I use it to heat my mountain abode as well as a cooking tool. Great way to make pot roast, cabbage soup, scalloped potatoes and many other big pot meals that last me days.
