The BIG unanswered question is--why does Tesla NOT buy 'x' number of these and just sell the car WITH this device? It would 'convert; a whole flock of people to buy the car. Those people who do not want a screen only car. A great place to add blinker controls for the new M-03 [useful in a roundabout, for example].

Very cool you have to buy your own steering wheel, dashboard and indicator stalks on Tesla, sure beats my Audi that just comes with those things.

good afternoon thank you for all your great responses. As I was about to order the version two I did find out that they are having a lot of trouble due to the Tesla update where a lot of the features are not working on the device at this time even with the over the air updates, they have not fixed this yet. Please advise. I also have a question. I have one of the older the minis that you did really nice unit same problem since they came up with the update battery says zero percentage and it has a reading for distance for the mileage at 29,000 before it’ll be a charge , any thoughts on that as well that does not do over the air I would think they would have to give you some kind of a patch from Hanshow

Shiva, thank you for the detailed review of this new Model 3 instrument cluster. I installed the unit several weeks ago in my 2024 Tesla Model 3 LR. However I noticed that the display is not showing the correct battery charge % near the lower part of the screen. It is displaying %99 continuously irregardless or the actual tesla battery charge level. The estimated driving miles to go is correct but not the % of battery charge. Any ideas what's going on?

Hey Shiva, Have you ever experienced massive battery drain as "vehicle standby" from any of the accessories you've installed? I'm sending my car back to tesla under warranty for this issue and they are trying to blame the accessories as the issue. Thanks for your time!

Hey Shiva, Nice videos and thanks for all the education on the new products for tesla. However, I am not really seeing any values for the button functions. Why are these product manufacturers not adding more useful functions to the buttons vs moving seat back and forth, reclining, locking/unlocking doors etc. Why can't they add more useful functions such as volume on/off or increase/decrease, change the audio input, wiper function etc that we use more often during driving. Which will help reduce drive distraction and avoid digging thru the menu. Or can they not allow the user to add the functions they want from the list of useful functions. May be you can suggest the manufacturers since you are marketing them almost for free. All the above cribbing is about the product features and not about your videos. Anyway, great videos and great job. Thanks

? i am about to purchase either the Instrument Cluster with air vents or not. My ? to you is there a significant difference in air flow vs one without vents? It looks like the one without air vents is far enough away from the vents that it seems like the air flow would still reach you? Also with the unit mounted on the steering column , being that much closer may be better viewing? Also is it possible to view Waze in full screen Mode? thx in advance KC

Whoa thar, Shiva! I checked, and the backside of the WHITE seat cushion is black! The premium white interior seats will absorb the black dye, and it's nearly impossible to remove. Test it for a day or 2 on a white seat, and you'll see tiny points of contact black dots everywhere.

Even with the discount this seems expensive for what it is. Im on the fence on the purchase, my biggest complaint is the heat on the seats in the summer. But if im doing a 3 hr drive i donr want something thard digging into me from the seat. That said great review as always!

I recently got a similar ventilated seat cover. Initially it cools down, but after a few minutes it actually becomes hotter in the back than not having a seat cover, I presume from the fans working so hard. Do you have any recommendations or tips to alleviate that issue? 😊

This is the best install video that I came across. The front clips are the toughest part of the installation. Once you move the front seat forward and put the back seat down then when you are sitting on the back seat you can install the front clips very easily. This video made it seem easy and it was. Thank you for your help

You can use an "L" shape USB C connector for a better aesthetic and hide the connector that is hanging out.

the idee is good. For me its not ok. The placement of the usb is a letdown. And the main for not buying is the position of the buttons opening door being first ext useless If the buttons where programmeble and the logos where not a print maybe it was a buy. For now the Sexy buttons are way better

Is that hideous red sticker easily removable?

I bought this and actually like it a lot! However, like you said- the buttons don’t light up - UNLESS you plug in the USB C cable. Is there a way to leave the backlight on ALL THE TIME when the car is in use. I have a really hard time seeing the buttons - especially at night,…….
