How do you measure or know the fat and protein ratios 🤔
@terrifictomm

You aren't using the "oil" from a slice of bacon. You are using the LARD from a slice of bacon. Pig fat is correctly called "lard." Fat from cow is called, "tallow." Animal fat is a macronutrient, essential for the body’s functioning. Unlike oils animal fat is solid at room temperature. Oil, on the other hand are fats extracted from plants and are liquid at room temperature. Oils are extracted from nuts, seeds, fruits, and grains. Examples include olive oil, coconut oil, sunflower oil, and canola oil. Although some oils provide essential fats, many of them are heavily processed and can easily become rancid. Since all of the essential fats in oils are available from meat it is not necessary to ever consume oils. There is growing evidence that oils extracted from seeds are not just toxic, but ultimately poisonous.

High fat carnivore diet is NOT a carnivore diet. It's a LIPOVORE DIET. Let's be more accurate with our terms.

How are you nowadays?..... i have that kind of experience too. Years of tracking and measuring, portion control and eating according to time and not to hunger and grams of food.. Made me obsessed, moreover i began to look at my food and see just numbers like in matrix. A lot of stress because of that... in my opinion all of diseases from stress. Body stops digesting food properly, always thinking about food. Life became not enjoyable like a nightmare

Take off those freaking masks!!!! They NEVER worked. Especially those you use. You are denying the benefit of exposure that keeps your immune system active and vibrant. Not a political argument, just what I've discovered after over 100 hours of true research. Not what you hear on the news of FOX, or CNN etc. But REAL research from CDC, VAERS, etc. Real documentation even though that has been skewed as well with the reporting criteria. You NEED exposure to keep your resistance up!!!!!! Don't take my word for it, Or anyone else's. PLEASE do your own research. You've done it with this diet, do it with the CV shite as well. It's all BS!!!! Please understand that I am NOT trying to be mean or anything. This comes from LOVE, NOT hate!!!!!!!! I am a VERY loving person of my fellow people. Truly am!!! Love what you're doing here as well. It's the opposite of eating bugs like the MSM is trying to get us to do also.

I am over 60 I had an A1C over 13 about 2 years ago. I began doing my own research (Doctors Told Me there Are No Cures & Diabetes Only Gets Worse) I was Shock to find i didn't have to take Pills & Insulin shots for the rest of my life. I started eating mostly Meat it not only reversed the Type 2 Diabetes Joint Pain, Tiredness & much more are GONE. How long did it take to stop Insulin Shots after starting to eat mostly Meat about 2 weeks( Be Careful If You Are Using Insulin Shots It Works Fast & You Could Over Dose Check Your Blood Sugar Before Taking That Shot I haven't taken a Pill or Insulin Shot in almost 2 years. Most Doctors will Be Against Eating Mostly Meat because the are Trained by Big Pharma to Dispence Prescriptions for their Drugs NOT in REAL Health Science Big Pharma Knows Exactly what the Health benefits of Eating mostly Meat are "Their Drug Sales Go Way Down Got a Clue as to why all their research Studies that cost Millions seem to show how healthy fruits & vegetables are for Humans "Doctors Only Read Big Pharma s Summery Not the 1000 or 5 thousand page Study the actual findings in the Study is usually totally Opposite from what the Summery says. Big Pharma Purposely keeps Doctors Ignorant using them to keep us SICK & having to rely on Big Pharma's Very Profitable Drugs. Yes I have done Lots of Research in the past 2 years. Study all the Plants we are told is Healthy NOT one Human Eatable Plant has less than 60 Known Human Toxins most plants are much higher Brussel Sprouts have 136 Human Toxins Real Meat has ZERO Human Toxin & as for Red Meat causing Cancer ask your Doctor for the Human trial Study that proves Red Meat Causes Cancer, there Ain't One it's all Questionnaires asking people what they ate in the past then manipulating the data to scare people away from MEAT. Listen to Real Doctors kzfaq.info/get/bejne/jMB2q9B1nZuyY3U.html

I hope everyone knows that carnivore isn’t new. There are books about the carnivore diet (also every other diet, vegan etc.) in the mid 1900s. They just keep throwing the same “diets” to us to confuse us.

Keto/carnivore diets are for idiots. You gotta be incredibly stupid to believe potatoes, corn, rice, bread, pasta, fruit, and cereal are unhealthy. Have you ever heard of saturated fat, heme iron, vitamin C, polyphenols, anti oxidants, flavonoids, other phytonutrients and especially FIBER? Your tales about inflammation and water retention from carbohydrates is made up BS.

I just this morning (4/19/22) stumbled onto your video channel. Very nice video. I can't help but be amazed at all the personal video channels that are on this specific subject mattered "Keto Carnivore diet, or Carnivore diet, and or the loin diet" at how almost everyone expresses nearly exactly in their own words many of the positives I personally am seeing and experiencing myself... and I only started on a Keto-Carnivore diet 42 days ago and the results for me thus far have been absolutely phenomenal! I loved hearing what you shared in the video, all of it (albeit this video was apparently posted a year ago...and I am just seeing it, as I say, today). Nonetheless, loved it for sharing openly all that you did. While your story backdrop is far different in many ways than mine, (ie, I am a male and far older than yourself and have most the aging health problems as most who are nearing or at retirement age of the spectrum of aging where foods we have eaten have finally taken their toll on our health and or keeping us from enjoying a healthier health-life than otherwise our old ways of food consumption were not coming close to supporting our biological needs for healthy cellular functioning) many of your experiences are the very ones that are now amazing me, sometimes daily and sometimes by the passing week in my own journey in this way of eating. The mental improvement clarity, cognitively, even emotional attitude is seems not to be believed, if telling another person... it "literally" has been that uplifting different good for me personally. I know by listening to and watching your video you understand exactly what I mean. I am so loving the results in me that I see posted in your video, as well so far nearly a dozen others which nearly coincides and parallels all including myself in the health improvements. I do so hope you are doing even better now a year or so later. Good video. 👍🏆thank you.

I think it's wonderful that you are sharing your story and I hope so many people going through what you've gone through find it. I was 5 years keto heavy veg and arthritis and neuropathy plagued, Which actually started after going keto. After 2 days of carnivore, all pain gone.100%, not returned either. One thing I realized after this month of pure carnivore is that I have never had such a healthy relationship with food. Having been anorexic and bulimic when I was young I understand the struggle, but I have never felt so calm and totally at ease as I do now even though that harder struggle is long behind me. I wish I had found it 30 years ago. That being said I just happened to be about 3 years vegan when I actually started to be anorexic and bulimic in my 20s and I don't think there's any coincident about that. Good on you! Well done and keep it up!
