Brotherhood of mutants don't match with any other tag especially skill. But that's only if you're valiant. If your below that you only have the 2017 skill. Only 2 fit that bill. Blade and Thor Ragnorak. Blade is probably the better option since you can only do 5% outside of sp damage.

Use any high damage champ except once with shock (because shock immunity) and keep dodging his sp1. Its an easy fight. I used: Herc, Hulkling, Fantman, Nimrod(with Omega sentinel synergy) U can use any other high damage champs

You can also use infamous iron man with peni Parker synergy like I did and just heavy cancel into sp2 and do the power burn to try to keep him at sp1
