I had this issue with the cycle like you mentioned in the beginning. I suffered like that for over a year. I have been talking OTC digestive enzymes and it seems to help. I have found that it’s mainly fats and protein that cause the issue.

Thank you doctor. I'm from India. I had embarked on a weight loss journey in July '23, when I weighed 91 kgs (approx 198 lbs). And by 1st April '24, I had lost 10 kg or 22 lbs. Was very happy. But then, I lost another 22 lbs by July 24 i.e. in 3 months, without any additional effort. Did a USG, blood work and even PET CT scan. All are clean (except for a long standing subclinical hypothyroidism). I am scared now.... though I've more or less stabilised at 71 kg (157 lbs) over the past 3 weeks. Testing for H.Pylori soon. I wanted to ask if non-disease cachexia can be reversed. To put in perspective, I've also lost adipose tissue fat.

For two months I used chelation using small doses of DMSA using the Cutler method along with supplementation with Zinc, selenium and other minerals and vitamins. , from about the 4th round my vision began to deteriorate, especially in my right eye, and now I have very poor and blurry vision there. Is this redistribution? After examining the eye fundus, the ophthalmologist said he had never seen anything like it. Elemental hair analysis before I started chelation showed I had mercury and lead poisoning. Lead has a very bad effect on eyesight. How can I safely remove mercury/lead ions from my optic nerve/brain? What natural remedy safely crosses the blood-brain barrier and removes metals from the brain/optic nerve? ALA acid is supposedly a natural agent, but it belongs to the Cutler protocol, and after the tragedy that happened to me, I am afraid to use the Cutler protocol and its recommendations. I caution against using DMSA. Despite diligently following the recommendations of the cutler protocol, dmsa caused a significant deterioration (not improvement) of my health, including the feeling of constant lack of energy and the feeling as if I was heavily poisoned by something (extremely unpleasant feeling of toxins throughout the body). I might add that I had many amaLGAMATS in my teeth. Years before chelation I had them removed. Coriander can cross the blood-brain barrier, but (according to Cutler) it has too weak heavy metal bonds to be safe - according to research, it has a high risk of redistribution. How to remove metals after redistribution like mine? Thank you for your help and materials about metals

I have gadolinium toxicity and experience many of the symptoms in this video. I've had over 15 MRIs Doctors still tell me it's safe and kidneys excrete it. They are wrong. It caused my microvascular heart disease. Suffering from pancreatic cysts and gallbladder trouble. All for a clearer picture. Once or twice for acute issue ok but 2 or 3 times year for chronic diseases. It poisoned me. I worry about a stroke if I do chelation to get it out. It binds to calcium in your blood vessels and capillaries. Chelation could remove calcium chunks too and cause a stroke. Doctors have to stop injecting people with it for people with chronic conditions. It's a slow death too many complications. Had I known I wouldn’t have let them do it.

Can ketones boost bdnf?
@TheHumanCondition
@TheHumanCondition 6 күн бұрын
anything that increases mitochondrial oxidative phosphorylation will raise BDNF-so yes, if the ketones are burned. One may need antioxidants and less insulin to make this happen.

Medication injury is a real factor, and we tend to see it on EEG and ERP studies, and fMRI, MEG and brain SPECT scans. I think there is a tsunami of medication induced damage second only to the food, commercial and agricultural toxins in the US.

It has aspects of loss of pleasure-I like to do both lab tests and brainwave measures in my work. There are several metabolic lab tests and QEEG can be helpful, along with a deep medical history to figure out the root causes. Sometimes toxicity is the key, sometimes its more carb related.

No, plasma just dumps fluid and electrolytes, not red cells which contain iron in hemoglobin. Red cells have to go for hemochromatosis.

Great part of care. Every method has its limits-some tissues collect metals more than the hand, but this is a neat way to measure minerals and metals too. I would combine it with hair analysis for 4 months of excretion, and I use blood for acute, and urine with stool for spot clearance.

I was diagnosed with a severe fatty liver 6 years ago. I was 321lbs at 5’11” and 58 years of age. I immediately went low carb/Keto/Carnivore and lost 150lbs in 2 years time. I’m now 170lbs and have kept the weight off for 4 years now. I was eating a lot of pasta & rice before going Low Carb. My liver was hit with a double whammy when I was diagnosed with Hemochromatosis also. My Ferritin was 4580. I have been going through phlebotomy treatments and my ferritin is now normal, but I’ll require phlebotomy treatments for the rest of my life.
