Nice presentation, subscribed! PS: A 45 litre backpack (plus sidepockets) for a one-night trip? I carry a 25 litre backpack for a 5-day trips in warmer-weather (like the one you had). I mean no criticism, truly. Just find that difference funny. 🙂

Great video mate. Just about to put a new head back on my navara today. All the way across the world in Oz 👍. Out of interest how do you prevent the sealant smearing on the back of the timing chain housing when you lower the head in place? Also - what brand seat covers do you have - they look mint!
@PrimalNomad3 күн бұрын
@@jasonPMR2 hey buddy! Good luck with the install, you'll do an ace job. Take your time and slowly lowering in position from the back to the front it gently slips in and doesnt really close the gap until the last minute, a thin but generous and even coat on the back of the cover should help you too! www.inkacorp.com/collections/nissan was for the seat covers also! They've been incredible and also really easy to wash & clean up 🔥 I'm on insta if you run into any dramas also! Thanks for watching
@PrimalNomad3 күн бұрын
@jasonPMR2 infact those seat covers are from supertrim.com.au/ i changed them after this video as I wore though the stitching eventually! Funnily enough they're from your sidd of the world and I had them shipped over 🔥

Where was the bullbar from? Looks nice. Is it for off-road use only? As I understand they're illegal in the UK.....
@PrimalNomad5 күн бұрын
LR challenger. They have to be for a purpose, aka mounting lights/winch/auxiliary items. Mainly the winch though allows their use!

@@PrimalNomad Nice...I did not know this. Bit of a loophole then? Only had my D23 for a month. My bumper mounting points are all missing or broken to various amounts, so would be nice to ditch it completely. Thanks for the info....

I am new to tanning and just learning, if I wanted a hide that I could wash would smoking accomplish that? and at what point would I smoke it?
@PrimalNomad17 күн бұрын
Hey! Thanks for watching & the comment. I'd suggest smoking post alum curing but bear in mind that leather tanned with alum will degrade with water (very slowly over years) ! Neatsfoot oil is a great remedy to help waterproof the hide and then I usually leave mine by the fire to smoke when used around camp. I'll include some more of this in my next video! Thanks
