The video doesn't explain what happened. The guy who got pepper sprayed could easily have been the victim of some sort of scam or theft by the girl and was trying to confront her. You never should make assumptions.

42:08 Drivers in ATL, man. I was down there not too long ago to see my grandma and she was driving me somewhere (she's still a good driver!) down a two-lane street and no joke, a car in the opposite lane decided to do a sudden U-Turn RIGHT IN FRONT OF US when there was absolutely NO WAY they couldn't see us coming. Thankfully, Grandma slammed on the brakes in time and was able to narrowly avoid a collision.
