Honestly, this does what onobero's remix didn't, twist the remix into something twisted. this isn't even a song anymore, just a disturbing decleration of humanity's death. even worse, its the player that is wishing it, which is even more twisted. Probably not gonna do the bad end, but gotta say, this is good from a story prospective.

I have a feeling that the title alludes to the fact that Ritsu has shown his true identity as "Lucid" in this ending, as "Veritas" translates to "Truthfulness", since Ritsu has shown that he isn't holding anything back and that he'll come at them with everything he's got - Also, the song mainly sums up the feeling of betrayal that Aria had at that point, experiencing Ritsu betraying the Go-Home Club, despite appearing to help them on numerous counts and then wiping out all his allies in a flash

Something I recently learned was if you go into those rifts that normally have a change in music with Lucid and the musicians when playing a stage where you select the music, the theme will still play in those dimension fights.

Shadow Knife - Bullied by scumbags in Middle School, and wants to reinvent himself as a hero to stand up for the little guy. Wicked - Yes she's nuttier than a fruit cake, but abusive upbringing plus being in a freaking COMA will do that you. The only ones who aren't sympathetic are Mirei (cause she's a narcissist), Stork (cause he's an invalid cop and a pervert), and Thorn (cause she/he is a nutcase with a death wish who doesn't care if everyone in Mobius dies from Astral Syndrome and has manipulated Mu's caring nature to further these ends).

The song references Lucid's predicament they find themselves in, confused about wanting to return to the real world or remaining in Mobius, and implying that joining the Musicians was a moment of weakness taken advantage of and now dealing with it however they can. µ thinks it is one of the best songs she's seen composed. The remix in the Downer Ending takes on a much darker meaning as evident of it only having a single lyric to reflect Lucid's decision: Fuck this world

when i was first playing this i was thinking maybe each musician theme was based off a vocaloid artist. Was convinced this was inpired by Deco*27. Never thought all of the songs were made by the real things.
