I was sure this stuff was fake but I was in one of her fair shows in like 2005 ish. I found out it's basically a strong meditation. When done correctly it makes you able to focus on anything. Fully aware that you would normally feel awkward but it makes it really easy to get past any subconscious hang-up's and fully commit to the show. Any Actor should give it a try. If you actually let it happen it unlocks your imagination and performance ability. And Then I found out I was on the local news that night, doing a fully committed chicken dance.
