This version of the Shredder was absolutely amazing and terrifying. The design is good, the voice is amazing and intimidating, and he has a good backstory. Not to mention he was a incredibly skilled fighter and gave out some very brutal punishments, especially to Stockman.

To me, Ch'rell will always be the one true Shredder. Everything about him, from his voice, to his design, to that "WOOOOOO" sound they play whenever he appears onscreen, is literal perfection.

Leatherhead is a genius and a physical powerhouse. If he wasn't held back by how emotional he is, he would be truly unstoppable.
