1) which course I need to pursue: Opportunities are there in every field, just get inside what you are getting to make the entry , later on you can change your profile also. 2) Is work from home job possible in pharmacovigilance: Work from home job becoming very tough to get in industry jobs as companies have started calling their employees to office, especially at entry level you have to go to office. If you are just looking for work from home opportunities then please understand you may have to wait for longer time and that is very unpredictable also. 3) Both PV and Medical writing are good and both are in demand, it all depends on what exactly you are looking for. As you mentioned work from home then that is not easy for both PV and MW. But there is something called freelance medical writing which you can explore but that is not pharma medical writing that is something else , where you can find work from home as well.

Yes in medical transcription work from home is possible but the current scenario I am not aware much. Regarding medical transcription course you can just google and you will find many institutes

Yes absolutely you can go for clinical research jobs and look for opportunities in Tata Memorial Cancer hospital also , they hire BDS and you are masters in public health that is an advantage for you.

1 Yes absolutely you can do, they don't look for sweet voice no one cares actually .The only thing is if you can communicate and convey what you are trying to say in a better and effective manner 2) Having good English is always better in corporate setting and if you don't know then you can learn , so not a big deal
