Could this sampler help me get drum noises same as the band called provoker

Do you have the NTS-1 volume cranked up too?

Yes. Yes, I do.

My favorites? The Sample 2 and Volca FM 2 and Modular. I've owned the original sample and FM, Bass, Keys, Mix and Drum. The Mix was my least favorite, it's very noisy and can't even run on batteries. I found the Drum kind of fun, also like how it looks, but after a while I found the limits to it, sampled all my sounds and sold it.

The USB port is enough reason to buy the sample 2 IMO

Amazing how you make use of all 9! Each adding it's own little part. I only have 4 (drum, nubass, keys, fm) and struggle to get them going together. Your videos have been inspirational.

Hey let's play background music to go with the loud trail noise. It's not like we're going to record audio or anything...

nice video thanks ....Goldwave is very old school..I used it years ago ......personally I dont bother splitting the volca outputs to separate channels on my mixer volcas are not really stereo outputs Both channels on the volca stereo output are exactly same. However i do for the volca beats because of the low output from the beats ......Also if you use the beats a lot i suggest you do the snare mod on circuit board ...it makes the snare sound so good ..there are instructions on youtube to do it...Why do u record with effects ? you can add these later on your DAW ..if goldwave has vst effects

Just picked up a Bass for cheap, a few days later ordered the Drum, next on my list is the Sample 2. I think I just went down a rabbit hole.

So many Volcas out there , so many sounds , do i buy a vloca or should i go out and buy a korg monologue or minilogue . mind is over loaded with the choice , but don't know which direction to take. I'm quite new to all this , I love the sounds to all the volcas , Love the sounds from the monologue too.

This setup BANGS, dude. It's able to create absolutely groovy and shaky, wet sounds, which pierce my very soul at the moment(caveman-high on a bus on a way home from work). Thank you. You also inspired me to buy Kick in addition to my Bass, Ipad2 and PO-14.

Interesting video! Just curious, any reason why you're not using 3.5 jack to 2 x 6.35 mono jack cables? Then you wouldn't need to go via RCA and using additional adapters, reducing one chain in the loop (or is the phrase "loop in the chain", hmm).

It does seem like the user interface is slightly smoother on this one, in terms of the pattern chain and accent abilities? Wonder if there will be a Bass2 that incorporates some of those design features. I’ve been playing with the FM2 recently and while the sequencer seems to not quite fit what I need, I am enjoying the pattern chaining and other functions.
