Use the right bearing remover because standard internal jaw pullers only work some of the time. I found out the hard way and had to find EVERY crumb of bearing race and every roller to make sure the engine was clean of debris. HD did the INA nonsense twice, first with Evo big twins then with the Twinkies. It was a knowing choice to use marginal parts.

so doing this removes the farting sound without the baffle?

They pretty loud on a twin cam engine.

Drawn Cup needle bearings - both INA and Torrington are brand names. Originally, INA was German, while Torrington was originally “Domestic.” The INA bearing has a *cage,* while the Torrington is *full complement.* Full complement bearings can handle greater loads, but tend to complain if they’re turned too fast.

What's the difference between de-catted stock OEM pipes and after-market header pipes? I de-catted the right stock header on my 2021 RGS and was wondering if there is any added benefit to buying a set of after-market open headers vs running my de-catted stock pipes with slip-ons.

Wished I had bought my new PV3 from Fuel Moto. I can't get a tune from Dynojet for my M8 107 with V&H Pwr Duals, 4.5" exhaust, SE Hi-Flow AC, and S&S 475C Cam. Anyone have a DST file for such a tune that has same cam ans similar setup they'd want to share?

I have the Dyno Power Vision 3 and there is no tune listed for an S&S 475C cam for my 2017 Road King Special.

it actually turns out that the lightning elite is a knockoff of the real lightning made in Taiwan which is the one you have with the silver pocket clip. the original lightning is so much better then the lightning elite. not all lightnings are created equal

Why does HD continue to install these INA bearings knowing they're not robust? Why is the question when all they have to do is use what everyone else uses when they upgrade their cam chest with an S&S or Fueling cam chest kit, we all know bearing replacement is MANDATORY because of this but it makes no sense. I have a 2017 Street Glide Special 107, I just installed a 475 cam chest kit in it from S&S motors, and the new bearing was in the kit, I figured I would upgrade since I now have 22k on the motor here in 2023

I want someone to hear that noise when I'm using mine in a self-defense situation, which is very rare. For when I'm out saltwater fishing? Capt. Dave has a video showing what to polish (the tract) where to add oil & not add oil & the same with silicone spray. It'll make a $20 OTF feel & sound like a $400 OTF. 🤟

Great video. INA is the manufacturer and it is a caged bearing. The Torrington bearing is a full compliment. (caged are cheaper bearings, we used them in pumps all the time) Would be nice to know the tool numbers or where you got the runout base.
