There is a slight disadvantage I see here as I don´t have a mantra with me all the time I leave the house. Another thing is that I cannot put sounds from outside into my meditation. I had a try and enjoyed it anayway but these are my thoughts. Am I wrong? The mantra is the sound, right? Or is it a word?
