You guys should wear a light-colored jacket to provide a little color contrast to all your black attachments. It is difficult to see all the products in detail when they blend in with your clothes.

Wow. This was so empty and generalized, the best bit of advice you gave was: “go talk to someone else that actually knows about this topic”! What was the point of this video? “Know your budget.” Oh really!? Oh shit! I didn’t realize I should know how much money I have to spend!!! My god! Good thing I clicked on this video or I would’ve thought excavators were FREE!🙄
@Rhinox-Group14 күн бұрын
Sorry to hear this video didn't answer the questions you had! This video was more to focus on the areas to physically inspect when purchasing a second hand machine, but we do have another video coming up in the near future about the different things you should consider before purchasing, such as determining power and performance, or the digging depth and reach that you require! Hopefully that video is more geared to what you're after!

Good that you're promoting safety, but you should ensure that you're providing accurate information. WLL = Working Load Limit (not Working Lifting Load) Thorough Examination (LOLER inspection) required on the quick hitch every 12 months usually but would also require examining after installation on the receiving machine - therefore irrelevant that it has a thorough examination before it's shipped. The machine it is fitted to will also require a thorough examination as it is lifting equipment. Perhaps the most crucial omission from your video is training! Lifting with excavators is dangerous if not done correctly, so anyone needing to do it should undergo proper training.
@Rhinox-Group22 күн бұрын
Thank you for the in-depth comment Sam! We agree that there are extra things to consider outside of this video, this video was just to include products that we sell that you can use for lifting. We would always recommend people/companies do their own research into the specifics of LOLER and site regulations because we are not the experts in this section!

Why no cement pump ?
@Rhinox-GroupАй бұрын
Cement / concrete pumps can be a lot more expensive so are not always in peoples budgets! They can also be difficult to use if you can't back your concrete truck up close enough to where you're pouring! Check out our video here comparing concrete buckets and pumps here for a more in-depth comparison between the two methods: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/ld-PoMWey7y8dmg.html

How do you keep them from packing up if the material is slightly damp/clay like?
@Rhinox-GroupАй бұрын
Thanks for the comment! For slightly damp material a few shakes of the arm should dislodge the material. For thicker, sticker material like clay, this bucket may not be ideal. We would recommend a clay spade bucket for this environment - kzfaq.info/get/bejne/eLiiY7iSxr65h6c.html

Can you use this for trenching for water or electrical lines? How deep does the one for Kubota KX040 go?
@Rhinox-Group2 ай бұрын
We would not recommend the ripper tooth for digging trenches! This attachment has no capacity to hold material so you wont be able to remove dirt from the ground. We do offer a micro trenching bucket, which allows you to dig deep, narrow trenches up to 27" deep. You can shop this here: rhinox-group.us/products/kubota-quick-attach-kx040-micro-trenching-bucket-27-inch-depth The ripper tooth for the Kubota KX040 has a shank length of 25" - you can find this here: rhinox-group.us/products/kubota-4k-kx040-ripper-tooth We hope this helps!😊

Hi Great video, just two points. Does it dig deep enough for water regs and is it suitable for a 2" main?
@Rhinox-Group2 ай бұрын
Thanks for the comment Andrew! Our micro trenching buckets are available in 3" to 6" widths and 400mm or 700mm depths. To answer your questions: 1. If you're working to a minimum depth of 750mm for water regs, then the 700mm bucket may not be deep enough. If cutting through concrete or tarmac prior to digging, you won't be able to dig further than the bucket length (700mm) because the concrete will stop the bucket headstock and prevent you from digging further. But if you're digging through soft material, you will be able to dig further, you may just disturb the top surface of soil a bit more! 2. One of the 3" wide buckets will be wide enough for your 2" main! Hope this helps!

Sad you missed listing actual benefits comparing to other semi-auto hitches. Video was mostly semi-auto vs manual. I would like to know more about this product, like why is bucket offset so much forward, what is benefits/cons of that geometry and stuff like that.
@Rhinox-Group3 ай бұрын
Sorry to hear this video didn't give you the information you needed, it wasn't intended to compare to other semi-autos on the market but that is a video we can look into doing! But to answer your questions in relation to the Rhinox autolock hitch, the geometry is the same as our old style manual quick hitch so your bucket shouldn't sit forwards compared to a standard hitch!
