I use tea tree oil n now tea tree oil soap n it's been working as far as when in flare ups too it calms it down n even brings to a head on its on. Plus cleaning the skin. You'll smell like it but it dont bother me. I discovered on my own n by God's grace letting me its helped. It's been a life saver as they want to put me on more meds I'm not keen on.

After I shower I dry off with a towel then use a blow dryer to completely bone dry my skin. Takes a couple extra minutes but it's so worth it. And I use Native deodorant which doesn't have all those nasty chemicals. I have reduced my flare ups by 75% and when I do have a flare up I use Collida Silver.
