If there is pain radiating down the right hip & thigh should I step up with the right leg or left?
@EdPaget3 күн бұрын
@@donnamiller9590 that might be a different problem. When pain radiates like that it can mean that a nerve is being pushed on. I would recommend having that looked at by a professional.

How can I feel the bone which popped out? Does it make a sort of a protruding bump under my fingers when I touch the place? I checked both my feet and didn't feel any difference, even though only left one has been hurting for a while now. I think it may be the cuneiform cause the place of pain and the description fits, but I tried the technique and couldn't get that popping sound or relief yet. I'm wondering what I do wrong. I also take into account that it's something different.

Can u please recommend me any video or exercises recommended by neck pain or upper back pain flairing up after a prolonged sitting behind the computer. It's been 10 months of dealing with this pain. Every day activity has become a challenge, and I've been constantly uncomfortable and irritated. I saw an orthopedist, and all my bones are fine, no other issues were found. So, other potential causes have been ruled out. Thanks a lot for this video. Who better to share advice than someone who's experienced the problem and found relief? I'll definitely try these stretches!

I’m a student, and i was suffering all summer vacation, neither brace nor electro therapy helped. I was so desperate for a solution cause i will be back at school next week and I really have to write intensely, and the pain just drastically increases while writing. I also didn’t wanna get the surgery done cause I’m still very young and I can’t just stop writing for 3 weeks. So would the exercises be helpful even if i was having all of that writing? I will surely try to have my brace on all the time when writing.

No, for hemorrhoids you need to look at the circulation of the venous system that supplies that area. I usually start with the liver and how you breathe. Contact me via edpaget.com if you want coaching for this.

I constantly have a right-sided stiff neck. Neck exercises gave limited relief. Your video brought understanding of how the neck will adjust to keep the eyes level, and cause misalignment lower down. I completed these exercise, discovered my right hip/right upper back were tight and tense. Post exercises, the right side of my body is loose/mobile. I did not realise I was imobile until I had a pre and post exercise scenario to compare. A big difference. Thank you.

I don’t buy the bit about food impulses being the remnant of our less evolved brains. Certain foods taste better than others so humans seek out the better tasting variety. That simple. Everything doesn’t come down to macro evolutionary sci-if.
@EdPaget18 күн бұрын
Why do fresh foods taste good to us and food like carrion taste good to vultures? It's evolution, vultures have evolved to seek that taste, but by contrast it repulses us. We have evolved to seek out fresh fruits and vegetables at the peak of their nutritional value, when they are ripe, it's not a coincidence. A good resource to learn more about this would be the book "The Dorito Effect" by Mark Schatzker www.markschatzker.com

@@EdPaget Because we are humans, i.e., made in the image of God for theosis, not mere animals whose singular drive is to live another day. Life is more to us than subsistence for the purpose of perpetuating our genes. We place value on things in terms of their qualities, not merely their ability to relieve hunger.
