As someone considering a career transition into becoming a barrister, videos like this are really appreciated. When you're completely detached from anything to do with legal education/the legal industry, it can be really hard to get an insight to what it's actually like in the day to day, and stuff like this helps. I've rarely take food supplements and getting it from whole foods. It amazes me on just how many people actually take these. I guess, some people needs it more than others.

I wouldn't buy it just because it has Natural flavors added to it, which is MSG. why they put that toxic garbage in it is beyond me.

Thank goodness i found this video. I was watching Steven Mark Ryan telling me how Tesla is on the cusp of solving autonomy then he spent 10 min talking about AG1. Money saved not spending it on this rubbish.

For another $2.53 US per month you can add separately purchased electrolytes to your mix: Potassium Gluconate powder, ancient sea salt, and a Magnesium Citrate tablet. I based that figure on what I pay for what I currently take. Might as well take care of hydration, blood pressure, and heart function along with the other stuff...

You mentioned no seed oils. Im in Korea and all the stuff they sell here are “phytocannabinoid hemp seed oils, extra virgin” they claim to contain CBD and I’m so confused. Would you recommend it? It says CBD 0.057 ug. Another one says CBD 0.3, another one for pets says 16.672%. Another says full spectrum 167ml. What does this meannnn!
