Wanted to change out my RV thermostat. Took the old one off and found those troublesome blue and gray wires. There are no matching color letters on the new one. Yikes, what NOW! I was so happy to find your video. Just so happened I was changing out a Coleman Mach to a Honeywell just like you. I was so happy. All done now after finding out I didn't need those wires after all. Thanks for posting 😊

I'd like to install this device in my RV but when I uninstalled the old one, noticed it only has 3 wires, green red & white, and the micro air has 6 wires; With my old thermostat I'm running AC and furnace. Please advise, thanks in advance.

Activating agent directly on the film...? Or the whole bin...? The camera view is blocked in this video, so I do have this question, as I don't want to assume.

I have watched a bunch of these but one thing no one answers. You have to be so careful putting the mirror into the water but then you swish it around, why? Why are you so careful, then swish it? How does the swishing around not wash the film off when you had to be so careful lowering the mirror in the first place? Problem is these videos are all so old no one is paying attention to the comments anymore.

This is the first video I've watched of yours and I believe you did a great job friend. My wife just bought one of these for me and I'm looking forward to easier leveling of our class A going forward. We bought an older RV that was set up pretty well but has no leveling equipment so this should help. Thank you for your detailed and professional instructions.

I have the 30 amp Victron charger and it was pretty warm charging at 30 amps. I lowered the charge rate to 15 amps and it was much cooler. Maybe it’s better to buy a higher capacity charger but underutilize its capability?

Does the Pro sensor have a USB plug to connect via the power bank or throw other power supplies? How long does his battery live? I want to install the sensor on my car's propane tank 70 liters. It is cylindrical and located horizontally. Will this pro version sensor work? Thank you.
@Jimmy2Tech5 күн бұрын
No it does not have the USB plug but the battery lasts a long time. I believe they work on horizontal tanks as well and they do have a mounting collar as a way of mounting.

Can you use this boat for parasailing
@Jimmy2Tech10 күн бұрын
Yes, it could easily. Parasailing boats go around 15 knots. Might need a prop change for a smaller pitch to get a better shot out of the hole.

Yes, you definitely need to remove the sand or you wouldn't be able to pull it out otherwise.

Can you hydro dip acrylic and wooden clipboards ?

You can but surface prep is going to be key for adhesion of the film. The acrylic is pretty slick until you scuff it up.

Sorry you had an issue with yours. We have not had an issue and our light has been in the rain and in a dusty garage. If you have the PCB number off of your board you can do a google search and you will find them.

Hi guys! When using this to power things in a home....realistically what kinds of things could it run at the same time? Thx!
@Jimmy2Tech13 күн бұрын
Realistically it can run most of the things needed during a power outage. A 3 ton Ac unit uses about 10,500 watts to start up which is probably the largest item in your home as far as start up power but you could also install a soft start to lower the required power. Not sure if you are going to use it in the event of a power outage but you could.
@rudianger12313 күн бұрын
@@Jimmy2Tech 100% using this mainly for outages. We have a 5 ton AC....based on a 3 ton using about 10.5kwh start up...I'm guessing a 5 ton would be around 15-16kwh? Would definitely need to install a soft start, right? Thank you!!!!

I have a 2400w ultra quiet Yamaha inverter generator I bought for my RV to run the AC when boondocking. The hot water and refrig are switched to propane when off grid and we don't use the microwave or hair blower unless we shut off the AC first. I converted it to Tri-fuel but on gasoline it will run 10 hours on 1.25 gallons. Why would I want a huge 13000 watt gas hog generator when I can run my whole house on 4200 watts.
@Jimmy2Tech13 күн бұрын
To each his own really. We do have both types of generators as well as other power sources. The idea behind this generator when purchased was to run the RV if needed as well as to keep some of the services like well, and waste water lift pumps working in the event it is needed.

Do you use hot water or cold water

We use water that is around 90 degrees Fahrenheit (32.22 Celsius) that seems to work best but you can fluctuate that a little.

I have a 2018 f150 with the 5.0, I have one of the S&B Intakes on it. When I clean my filter I use a hose fan and compressed air (if able to let it sit in the sun) to get all the water out which helps it dry fast. Typically it will be dry in about 4-6 hours with my method. For anyone wondering if the sink is ok, S&B says in their video that a kitchen sink will be just fine (anything without pressure basically).

My sand filter shows about 10 psi after backwashing. When it gets to about 13-14 psi it needs to be backwashed again (low flow shuts off pool heater and vacuum doesn't work). This filter is about 25 years old and never had sand changed. Do you think this is the problem?
@Jimmy2Tech20 күн бұрын
Lol, I'd say that could be your problem. overtime it will develop a crust layer on top of the sand not to mention the granules of sand will become rounded and not filter effectively.
