I have been decorating cakes for almost 60 years and my smart mom made speakers fore people she worked with when I was growing up. I miss her. She has been gone now 😢for almost 40 years. Now several of my daughters are cake decorators too. The last big wedding cake I did, and catered the reception…Al’s making a large chocolate cake decorated with a chocolate basket weave covered with chocolate dipped strawberries was in 2006. It was a LONG hard cater.
